Find manufacturer instructions and safety resources for a device you already own. This page provides reference information for identification, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Identify your device first
- Read the complete brand and model name on the device, packaging, or original manual. Include the generation and any suffix such as Pro, Plus, Mini, or X.
- Record the markings on the existing part, including its series, resistance in ohms (Ω), and any part number.
- Open the corresponding manufacturer manual below. Confirm compatibility before installing a replacement part. Do not assume that matching appearance, resistance, or a similar name establishes compatibility.
- If the model or part cannot be identified, leave it unused and ask the manufacturer to confirm the match.
Manufacturer manuals and support
Use the manual or support section for your exact model. Older manuals may require a request to the manufacturer.

Replacement-part compatibility
Check both the part family and the specific device or tank listed by the manufacturer. A coil and an empty cartridge are separate components; a resistance marking alone does not identify the cartridge or device.
For FreeMax devices already in use, the manufacturer lists the following examples in its compatibility FAQ:

These are reference examples. Confirm the specific coil variant, operating mode, and permitted settings in the current instructions for your device. If a tank or glass tube has no identifiable model, ask the manufacturer to verify it rather than assuming it is universal.
Battery and charging safety
The FDA advises reading the manufacturer's instructions, using only recommended batteries, and handling and charging batteries correctly to help reduce the risk of fires or explosions.
- Use only batteries and charging equipment permitted by the device's manufacturer. Do not mix battery brands, charge levels, or old and new batteries.
- Charge on a clean, flat surface away from flammable materials, where you can observe the device.
- Keep the device out of extreme heat or cold, and do not charge it in extreme temperatures.
- Keep devices away from flammable gases and liquids.
- Follow the manufacturer's handling, maintenance, and disposal instructions. Contact the manufacturer if instructions are missing or unclear.

Provide the complete device or tank model, a clear photo of the existing part and its markings, and a description of the issue. For manufacturer support, include the serial number and proof of purchase when requested. Never post authentication codes or personal details publicly.
