It includes newly created items, vendor imports, and existing listings pulled back for updates. Items in this collection are strictly Work-in-Progress (WIP) and must not be set to "Active" until they pass full quality assurance.
📝 Required Actions & Workflow
- Content Review: Verify the accuracy of titles, descriptions, sizing charts, and search engine optimization (SEO) handles.
- Media Audit: Ensure all product images, videos, and 3D models meet brand resolution guidelines and feature alt text.
- Inventory & Pricing: Confirm correct SKU formatting, barcode data, cost per item, and retail pricing tiers.
- Tagging & Collections: Assign appropriate product types, vendor names, tags, and automated collection conditions.
🚀 Launch Readiness Checklist
Before moving a product out of this queue, ensure:
- Description contains no placeholder text or formatting errors.
- At least one high-resolution hero image is set.
- Weights and shipping profiles are accurately assigned.
Once all criteria are met, change the product status from Draft to Active and remove the
internal-queue tag to push the item live.
